Thursdays at PAMM: Summer Sweat Series | The BPM Flow

Join Kellie and Zoe for BPM Flow—a signature mobility-based yoga experience designed for all fitness levels. This class blends movement, music, and mindfulness to help you move through your full range of motion with ease and control.

Mobility is more than flexibility—it’s strength through movement, breath-driven flow, and the foundation for how we show up in life. Expect deep stretches, rhythmic transitions, and a playlist that moves with you. Rooted in culture, fueled by community—this is mobility with soul.

Before the class, enjoy a live DJ set on the terrace. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join. Please bring your own mat to participate.

Tickets are only required for the museum. Yoga and live music are free on the terrace.
